Policies regarding climate change and environmental protection are developed and implemented by Pakistan's Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination. Its goal is to help Pakistan move toward climate-resilient development by integrating climate change into economically and socially vulnerable sectors.
Team Leader for Communication and Media (PPS-11):
A master's degree in mass communication, journalism, or media studies is required, along with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in media, communication, campaign planning, and management, preferably in the development sector.
Team Leader, Project Support (PPS-11):
A Master's degree in Environmental Management or Engineering is required, as well as at least 15 years of senior-level experience in climate change and the environment.
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (PPS-10):
A 16-year education in environmental sciences, economics, or development studies is required, as well as at least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in monitoring, evaluation, and TOR/RFP preparation.
Team Leader for Environment and Climate Change (PPS-11):
A Master's degree in Climate Change or Environmental Engineering is required, as well as at least 15 years of experience working in environmental protection for government or international organizations.
Project Development Specialist, UNFCCC (PPS-10):
A Master's degree in Climate Change or Environmental Engineering is required, along with at least ten years of experience working on climate/environmental projects with UN systems.
