One of Pakistan's top research and consulting groups on urban development and governance is the Urban Unit, which is housed inside the Planning & Development Board of the Punjabi government. They have posted a job opening for the Head of Human Capital Management (HCM) role as of March 2025.
- Oversee the entire hiring and selection procedure and make sure it is completed on schedule and in accordance with the established SOPs.
- Create the meeting minutes and evaluation sheet based on the HR Subcommittee's suggestions.
- From the interview till the employee's departure, oversee every stage of the employee life cycle.
