- Contribute to AM Network's overall IT infrastructure and operations implementation.
- Assist AM Network in Configuration and deployment of servers and system such as Windows Server/Exchange Server/Domain Server/ISA Server and active directory etc.
- Assist in administer for designing of overall networking infrastructure.
- Configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of DHCP server, DNS server and Wireless Networking, DSL and ADSL, Routing and switching etc.
- Help AM Network manage the Network, access point, switches, routers, Printers and Scanners LAN, VLAN, WAN, and VPN, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of Mobiles applications and software.
- Assist in managing the Bio Matric attendance system.
- Assist in security of systems and networks against computer virus and other forms of malicious attacks.
- Assist in organizing training for new employees on network login, usage of networked applications including e-mail, virus
- software, hardware issues and department specific applications.
- Help AM Network backup the company's official data on all of its servers.
- Perform any other duty assigned by departmental head.
