Assistant Manager Operations Faisalabad Waste Management Job Description:
Qualification & Experience:
A minimum of sixteen (16) years of education from an HEC-recognized university in the fields of environmental science, engineering, management, civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering, urban planning, or business administration. At least 3 years of experience in operations management, monitoring & evaluation, or a relevant field in a well-established and renowned public or private organization. Must have own motorcycle with valid license. Must be well versed with the use of mobile applications and IT.

Assistant manager operations Faisalabad waste management job responsibilities:
- Manage the zone's day-to-day operations, such as waste collection, manual sweeping, transportation, and secure disposal, in assigned areas.
- To assist Manager Ops. in supervising daily operations and monitoring of operational activities performed by contractors.
- Keep an eye on the contractor's service delivery and make sure that the established KPIs are met.
- Ensure that contractors at the village, UC, city, and TCP, among other levels, are physically monitoring and verifying the deployed resources in accordance with established SOPs and KPIs.
- impose sanctions for noncompliance.
- monitoring the activities of manual sweeping, mechanical sweeping, and washing. Every day, ensure that public complaints are addressed promptly.
- daily preparation of assigned area monitoring reports.
