Job Description:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Project Management / Public Administration / Business Administration / Commerce / Business Economics or equivalent from HEC recognized University / Institute.
- good comprehension of the procurement regulations for Pakistan and Punjab, including the budgeting and treasury system a minimum of two years of post-qualification work experience in the public or private sector of procurement at the provincial, national, or international level (working with projects funded by donors).
- It will be preferred if you have procurement experience from the World Bank.
- Minimum age 25 years
The Procurement Associate position at the Board of Revenue, Punjab, Pakistan, involves managing procurement activities to ensure the efficient acquisition of goods, services, and works. Principal duties include:
Planning and Documentation for Procurement: Creating and maintaining procurement plans, preparing necessary documents like Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and making sure that relevant regulations are followed are all part of procurement planning.

Evaluation and Contracting: Coordinating the evaluation of bids, preparing evaluation reports, and assisting in contract negotiations and award processes.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures, maintaining comprehensive records of procurement activities, and preparing regular reports for management.
The position typically requires a minimum of 16 years of education in fields such as Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, or Business Economics. At least two years of post-qualification experience in procurement within the public or private sector, preferably with international organizations or donor-funded projects, is often required. Familiarity with procurement regulations and systems in Pakistan and Punjab is essential. Proficiency in English and strong analytical skills are also important.
