Responsibilities of an M&E Manager
 

The main responsibilities of this role will be to:
  • Oversee the creation and execution of the monitoring framework, making sure that work plans for monitoring are established and in line with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee program monitoring throughout designated schemes, training service providers, and regions in accordance with business regulations.
  • Manage outside monitoring companies to guarantee system availability, performance assessment, and best service utilization.
  • Using internal monitors, conduct unexpected field visits to confirm service provider deliverables and create progress reports on a regular basis.
  • To guarantee conformity to organizational rules and changing requirements, develop and implement compliance policies and processes.
  • During internal and external audits, make sure that policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Oversee the prompt processing of service recommendations and payment notes generated by the system, including trainee assistance like stipends, in accordance with predetermined turnaround timeframes.
  • For seamless processing, communicate with IT to address system-related problems in Administrative Management Systems (AMS), Training Provider Management (TPM), and Business Support Systems (BSS).
  • Identify and reduce risks proactively to strengthen internal controls and boost program effectiveness.
  • Oversee the monitoring team, making sure that program performance is tracked methodically and offering strategic direction.
  • To evaluate the success of the program, set and track KPIs, benchmarks, and objectives.
  • To monitor program progress, make sure effective procedures for data collecting and reporting are in place.
  • To enhance program results, incorporate monitoring data into strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Encourage evidence-based decision-making and ongoing development to cultivate a culture of learning.
