- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (Minimum sixteen (16) years of education) in the field of Civil Engineering / Business Administration / Public Administration / Supply Chain Management from HEC recognized University.
- at least five years of procurement experience in a reputable public or private organization. Out of which three (03) years in Public Sector procurement experience in PPRA / EPADS on same position.
