Job Description:
Qualification & Experience:
- An education of at least 16 years with a degree from an HEC-accredited university
- Candidates must have at least two years of experience managing field work, surveys, data collection and analysis, and team management.

District Manager The Urban Unit, PAKISTAN
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Tehsil Supervisors, validate collected data, conduct spot checks and implement corrective actions to ensure quality data collection.
- Ensure smooth execution of the census plan and adherence to established timelines and protocols.
- Oversee and manage all census field activities within the assigned district.
- Provide guidance and operational support to Tehsil Supervisors to address field challenges.
- Track the progress of field operations, prepare district-level performance reports, and promptly resolve any logistical or operational issues.
- Regularly communicate and submit comprehensive progress reports to the Regional Supervisor highlighting achievements, operational challenges and strategic recommendations.
