Job Description:

The Punjab Enforcement Regulatory Authority's social media presence will be managed by the Associate social media, ensuring efficient public engagement and communication. Through innovative and consistent social media content, this position aids in the promotion of the authority's initiatives, regulatory updates, and key messages. Through digital platforms, the position aims to raise public awareness and foster positive relationships.

Areas of responsibilities:

• Implementation of the strategy for social media 
• Creating a lot of content posting content to social media platforms Keeping an eye on social media 
• Reaction to negative social media posts the application, tools, and trends of social media
•  Organize and carry out campaigns on social media.
•  social media sharing of success stories 
•  Graphic design and video editing 
• Any other duty and responsibility assigned by the competent authority.

Qualification and Experience:

• BA/BBA or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
•  at least two years of experience in a field related to graphic design, such as Adobe Creative (for example, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

Note that private company registration with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority is required for experience to be considered.

Competencies and personal attributes:

• solid comprehension of the various social media platforms. 
• proficiency with analytics and management tools for social media. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. 
• ability to modify tone and message to accommodate various social media platforms and target audiences. 
• a lot of imagination when coming up with concepts for content and campaigns on social media. 
• familiarity with paid campaigns, advertising on social media, and boosting posts. 
• Ability to analyze social media performance data and generate insights for improving engagement.
• familiarity with crisis communication techniques and best practices for social media.
